Palit launches GTX 780 6GB JetStream OC

Factory-overclocked GTX 780 with JetStream cooler

Palit has announced yet another addition to its JetStream series of factory-overclocked custom graphics cards, the Palit Geforce GTX 780 6GB OC JetStream graphics card.

Featuring 6GB of GDDR5 memory, custom-design and a triple-fan cooler, the new Palit GTX 780 Jetstream 6GB OC works at 902MHz for the GPU and should, according to Palit, provide up to 5 percent increase in performance when compared to the reference GTX 780 graphics card. The rest of the specs include a DrMOS 8-phase VRM which should make the card more stable during overclocking, Jetstream triple fan cooler with two 8cm and one 9cm fan, LED lightning, TurboFAN Blade and copper base, which should make it up to 20 percent cooler.

In case you missed it earlier, the GTX 780 is based on Nvidia's GK110 GPU and packs 2034 CUDA cores, 192 TMUs and 48 ROPS and usually comes packed with 3GB of GDDR5 memory paired up with a 384-bit memory interface and 863MHz base and 902MHz GPU boost clocks.

Unfortunately, Palit did not shed any light regarding the actual availability date or yet more importantly, the price of the new Palit GTX 780 Jetstream 6GB OC graphics card.
