Avast is well known for both its free and paid antivirus solutions and today, they have added a new software to its catalog which will track malware on any PC system, the GrimeFighter.

The GrimeFighter tool can work as a stand-alone product or be integrated with Avast 2014.

The SWAT team figures which look like they came out of a child cartoon will be responsible for dealing with problems of malware, spyware, toolbars, startup programs, cookies, unused files and any other elements which take resources for nothing.

The software to scan your PC is free but it will take a US $25 per year subscription if you want the software to fix the problems it finds.
