Meanwhile the NDA on NVIDIA's first Maxwell based graphics cards has ended and as expected lots of reviews are surfacing all over the net today. Lots of review sites have compared the the GTX 750 as well as the 750 Ti to AMDs new R7 265. Other than that also the NDA on the GTX Titan Black has been lifted, which is the latest high-end VGA from the green fraction.
Until today, there were only leaks, which are not always highly accurate, but today, there is almost an armada of reviews awaiting, whereas the GTX 750 Ti has mainly been compared to the Radeon R7 265.
We want to start our little review roundup with an article from
bit-tech where they've tested the GTX 750 Ti. This review confirms that the GTX 750 Ti is a little bit slower than the GTX 650 Ti Boost, but on the other hand power consumption of the new card is 174 Watt compared to 231 Watt with the 650 Ti Boost.
The second test comes from
HardwareZone. These guys compared the GTX 750 Ti with the GTX 750, R9 270X and R9 270. It comes as no surprise, that the GTX 750 Ti is the slowest of them all but when it comes to temperature tests as well as power consumption, then the game changes and the GTX 750 Ti is on top.
The third test comes from
TechSpot. The well-known site has compared the GTX 750 Ti against a Radeon R7 265. The AMD card is a little bit quicker, but again, when it comes to power consumption, then the new GM107 based GTX 750 Ti is better off.
Hardware.Info have been lucky enough to review no less then three brand new NVIDIA GTX Titan Black graphics cards in SLI. While playing Battlefield 4 at 5760 x 1080 the cards managed to produce no less than 84.5 FPS. Other than that they had an Intel Core i7-3960X CPU in their test setup, which they've overclocked to 5.0 GHz.
We hope you'll have a good time reading through all these articles and after you've done that you'll definitely know what these accelerators can do and what the can't do.
