Judging by the GFXBenchmark performance data spotted by chinese.vr-zone.com site, it appears that ASUS plans to launch the new PadFone mini based on 4.3-inch screen and Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset. According to VR-Zone.com, it is scheduled to show up in Taiwan on December 11th.
There is not much information regarding the actual device other than it bears the model T00C name, will feature 4.3-inch 960x540 screen and pack Qualcomm's Snapdragon 400 chipset with quad-core 1.4GHz clock CPU part and Adreno 305 GPU. It also supports 4G LTE and will run on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS.
VR-Zone also notes that the phone will ship with some sort of 7-inch base but since there are still no pictures of the actual device, we still have no idea what it actually looks like.
