G.Skill still remains overclocker's memory choice

TridentX is most used memory on Haswell

In a research conducted by HWBOT a couple of weeks ago and a chart published today, regarding the DDR3 memory usage by overclockers at HWBOT, G.Skill remains the most popular brand of memory among overclockers while TridentX is definitely the preferred choice for Intel's Haswell overclocking.

This does not come as a big surprise considering that G.Skill has been the top pick ever since 2011 and its recently released TridentX memory kits are certainly pushing the memory limit. According to HWBOT, the chart is based on a data pool of 187,000 results and the second place goes to Corsair while Kingston is third.

The table of top pick memory products is based on a data pool size of 4,500 results. It features two lists: list by amount of results, and list by amount of users just to be sure that list is not heavily influenced by users that submit many results with the same hardware.
