Nexus-like device with unlocked bootloader

Last night, during it Google I/O 2013 keynote in San Francisco, Google unveiled the new Samsung Galaxy S4 that will be running on pure Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with an unlocked bootloader and sans Samsung's own TouchWiz UI. To be available as of June 26th, the new Google Galaxy S4, as we like to call it, will be available via Google Play Store with a US $649 price tag.
According to details revealed last night, the new Samsung Galaxy S4 will offer Nexus user experience and will be an unlocked device so it will work on both AT&T and T-Mobile LTE networks in the USA. It will feature 16GB of storage space and updates for it will be taken care of directly by Google. It is still not clear if it will run on Samsung's Exynos chipset or Qualcomm's Snapdragon 600 but Google did note that it will feature unlocked bootloader.

Unfortunately, it will initially be only available in the USA and it is not clear if the device will eventually come to selected European markets via Google Play Store.
