Corsair reveals two new cases

Crystal 680X RGB and Carbide 678C

Corsair has recently launched two new mid-tower cases, the Crystal Series 680X RGB and Carbide Series 678C. Corsair describes the Crystal Series 680X RGB as a high airflow ATX case with RGB lighting, while the Carbide Series 678C is an ATX case that focus on low noise and storage options. Both cases belong to the premium side of the Corsair lineup.

The Crystal Series 680X RGB is the big brother of the Crystal Series 280X RGB that we have reviewed a few months ago. One of the main features of this case is the dual chamber internal layout that usually helps with airflow. Furthermore there are several tempered glass panels that improve the overall design. Specifications wise, it's compatible with E-ATX motherboards and up to 360mm radiators.

The Carbide Series 678C on the other hand doesn't come with fancy RGB LED strips or fans. The front panel features an elegant brushed aluminum finish and on the left side we see a tempered glass panel. Overall this is a pretty elegant and stylish mid-tower case. It's compatible with E-ATX motherboard and you can add a couple of big radiators.

Both cases are already available, the Corsair Crystal Series 680X RGB is listed at $249 and the Corsair Carbide Series 678C costs $199.
