Intel accidentally posts 9th gen H-series specs

Core i9-9980HK will be the flagship model

Yesterday Intel has accidentally published the specifications for the 9th generation Core series H processors. According to the document we can expect no less than six new mobile processors. The Core i9-9980HK is going to be the flagship model and the only overclockable mobile CPU.

According to the first specifications, the Core i9-9980HK will come with 16MB of L3 cache and a base clock of 5GHz. The non-overclockable version will feature 200MHz less on the base clock. Furthermore we'll see the Core i7-9850H and i7-9750H processors. Both sport 12MB of L3 cache and a maximum clock speed of 4.6GHz for the highest clocked SKU.

Last not least there are a couple of Core i5 models as well, the i5-9400H and i5-9300H both with 8MB of L3 cache. Clock wise, the first model is set to 4.3GHz and the other one to 4.1GHz. The number of cores in the processors should be similar to the desktop line-up, eight cores for the i9s and i7s, six for the i5s.
