NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti fast like GTX Titan X

Priced at $279

According to latest leak from TUM_APISAK, NVIDIA's upcoming GeForce GTX 1660Ti has been benchmarked by an unknown source with Square Enix's Final Fantasy XV benchmark tool. At the first look, the upcoming mid-range graphics card seems to be fast like the GeForce GTX Titan X (Maxwell) graphics card.

In case you have miss it, the GeForce GTX 1660Ti is going to be NVIDIA's first Turing-powered 12nm gaming graphics card that will not come with RT cores. The card is built around the Turing TU116 chip and it'll sport 1'536 CUDA cores with a frequency of 1'500MHz. The boost clock should be set to 1'700MHz. Last but not least, the card might come with 3 or 6GB of GDDR6 memory.

According to a leaked Ashes of the Singularity (AotS) result, the GeForce GTX 1660Ti outperform the GeForce GTX 1060 by 19.35 percent. While the Final Fantasy XV score is just the first result after months of rumors, it's still interesting to get a sneak peek of this upcoming model. According to the chart, the GTX 1660Ti is just 0,5% slower than the GeForce Titan X and 1% faster than the GeForce GTX 1070.

The GeForce GTX 1660Ti will be available during this week.
