ASUS ROG Maximus XI Gene is available again

The ROG Maximus XI Gene from ASUS has been unveiled a few months ago however it was tight in supply and now is available in volume. Since it belongs to the ROG Maximus series, the board comes with a few interesting features.

With the ROG Maximus XI Gene, ASUS adds a high-end micro-ATX motherboard with two RAM slots compatible with up to DDR4-4600 memory. Compared to the previous model, the layout has been improved as well and ASUS has added several RGB LEDs underneath the PCH cooler and below the I/O cover. Storage wise we see one ROG DIMM.2 slot, four SATA ports and one M.2 slot.

Since the motherboard has been designed for enthusiast and overclock users, there are all the bells and whistles that you need like a debugLED, several onboard buttons and an insane amount of 4-pin PWM headers.
