NVIDIA Titan RTX shows up in 3DMark database

Slightly faster than RTX 2080Ti

NVIDIA's Titan RTX has been spotted in the Futuremark database, showcasing performance that is similar to RTX 2080Ti. The Twitter user "Death" ha published several performance numbers of hits Titan RTX graphics card. The card has been tested with a water block from BYSKI that also packs a nice little LCD to display stats such as clocks, voltages, and temps.

The result shows that the cards has been tested on the entire 3DMark suite. The frequencies, which are visible in the different 3DMark results are peak clocks and the card has been pushed up to 2070MHz on the core, which is 50MHz more over the reference model. On TimeSpy, the upcoming NVIDIA Titan RTX scores about 14'604 points and in Fire Strike we see 36'447 points in the graphics score.

Compared to a RTX 2080Ti, the new Titan appears to be 3-4% faster on average. In addition, the Titan RTX has been tested running also the Extreme and Ultra version of Fire Strike and TimeSpy. In all these two benchmarks the upcoming Titan RTX is able to outperform the RTX 2080Ti. However according to a test from Wccftech, with some serious overclock you might be able to get close to RTX Titan performance numbers with a heavily overclocked RTX 2080Ti.

If you are a gamer, the GeForce RTX 2080Ti is the king of the hill given its half the cost of a Titan RTX.
