Cooler Master adds ATX 24-pin 90° adapter

Quite useful for a nice cable management

Cooler Master has announced the release of their new ATX 24-pin 90° adapter. This adapter is rather useful if you want connect your 24-pin motherboard power connector to the power supply with a 90° angle. Since the adapter is universal, it will work with any configuration.

The adapter is made out black ABS 94-v0 plastic and it's built to last. Usually the 24-pin power cable needs to travel up behind the motherboard tray, through the rubbing grommets closest to the 24-pin socket, and then bend or fold over to reach the socket. With the ATX 24-pin 90° adapter you can change the routing of the cable and place the 24-pin where you prefer.

The ATX 24-pin 90° adapter comes in two versions. The basic version costs 15 Euro and it's just the adapter and it's plug and play. The higher version, which is priced at 20 Euro, it is still plug and play but sports inbuilt capacitors that should ensure more stability. While the effects of this accessory on stability is negligible, any cable put between the PSU and the output destination can have some level of effect on the performance.
