ASUS unveils ROG Ryuo liquid coolers

With OLED displays

During the Computex 2018, ASUS first presented its Ryuo series of closed-loop liquid coolers. These all-in-one coolers are based on Asetek design and include RGB LED illumination and a tiny OLED display located on top of the pump.

As we’ve mentioned above, ASUS has unveiled two RGB liquid coolers, which belong to their ROG Ryuo series. There is an offering with 120mm and 240mm radiator. Both closed-loop coolers are compatible with all modern sockets from AMD (including TR4) and Intel (including LGA2066). The Ryuo series is based off an Asetek AIO design, presumably Generation 6 as used by other Asetek clients including CORSAIR and EVGA.

In order to make things a bit different, ASUS has placed a tiny OLED display on both coolers. The display measures almost 2" in diagonally and supports 16-bit color and it can display JPG or animated GIF images. Furthermore you can use this display to show the CPU temperature, voltages or other system specs.

The Ryuo 120mm and 240mm liquid coolers are now available for $129.95 US and $149.95 US respectively.
