Gigabyte H370 HD3 motherboard unveiled

Featuring VGA and DVI ports

According to a leak that has been published on Videocardz, Gigabyte is ready to launch a long list of motherboards based on the upcoming Intel H370 chipset. With the H370 HD3, the company will offer an ATX motherboard that sports a lot of features.

The H370 HD3 is based on an ATX form factor, yet this time Gigabyte is using all the space available on the PCB. Since this motherboard has been kept rather simple, we don't expect to see any RGB backlight underneath each heat sink or several LEDs. Furthermore there aren't steel reinforcements on the PCIe slots. In general the layout is quite simple and therefore it has also been equipped with three full-sized PCIe 3.0 x16 slots.

Storage wise, there are six SATA-III ports, one mSATA slot and two M.2 slots compatible with 22110 and 2280 units. Gigabyte equips the H370 HD3 with one PS/2 port, one USB 3.1 Type-C port, four USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-A ports and two USB 3.1 Gen1 ports. Furthermore there is one Gigabit Ethernet ports and the analogue audio panel with optical out. Last but not least we see one HDMI, a VGA and a DVI ports.

In addition the company has unveiled two models based on micro-ATX layout (H370M DS3H and D3H) and a mini-ITX model (H370N WiFi). All the motherboards are just a downsize of the H370 HD3, while the two micro-ATX models come with two full-sized PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, the mini-ITX one sports just one slot.
