On the official AMD website is available another driver update for AMD GPU users. With the last software update, the Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition hits the 18.2.2 version and provides support for Kingdom Come: Deliverance as well as PUBG and Fortnite.
This driver provides performance boosts mostly with the Radeon RX Vega 56 and RX 580 graphics cards with games running at the resolutions of 1440p and 1080p, respectively. On Kingdom Come: Deliverance the performance boost is about 3% on the RX Vega 56 and 4% on the RX 580. In addition this driver update brings some improvement also on PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds and Fortnite. On this two titles the improvement is about 5% on both cards.
At the moment there are few known issues as well. For example you might experience missing water textures in World of Final Fantasy or the accidental activation of FreeSync while playing a video on Google Chrome.
The driver is now available to download on AMD's website.
