It looks like that Sapphire is working hard in order to expand their Vega lineup. A few days ago we have reported first information regarding the Sapphire RX Vega Pulse series of graphics cards and now the company has officially confirmed the existence of these graphics cards. According to Sapphire, this card should sits somewhere between AMD's reference RX Vega 56 and Sapphire's custom RX Vega 56 Nitro+.
With the Pulse Radeon RX Vega 56, Sapphire offers another high-end graphics card. This model sports a dual-fan cooler, which can be found on several other Sapphire graphics cards as well. The card features a triple slot heatsink and a dense aluminum fin stack that has been combined with two fans. The entire cooler has been kept in black and it will pack a solid backplate.
While the Radeon Vega 56 works at 1156MHz/1471MHz Core/Boost frequencies, the Sapphire Pulse RX Vega 56 comes with a decent factory overclock running at 1208MHz/1512MHz Core/Boost frequencies. Just for comparison, a Sapphire Vega 56 Nitro+ works at 1305MHz/1572MHz Core/Boost frequencies. In addition the card features three DisplayPort 1.4 connectors and one HDMI 2.0port.
According to Sapphire, this card should be available next February 12th with a €789 price tag.
