Dell will show XPS 15 2-in-1 at CES 2018

With Kaby Lake-G processors

The last iteration of the ultra-thin XPS notebook from Dell has been released about a year ago, while there has been a refresh on a yearly basis. A few days ago we have seen the first XPS 13 2-in-1 based on Kaby Lake-G processors, now the company is ready to unveil even the XPS 15 2-in-1.

The Dell XPS 15 2-in-1 is a 15-inch ultrabook which is available with an UHD panel (3840x2160) and narrow bezel design. Thanks to the almost borderless display and the slim profile, this makes it ultra portable despite it is a 15-inch model. The new ultra-thin notebooks are offering now Core i5-8305G or Core i7-8705G processors under the hood. Both chips sport four cores and eight threads, and AMD RX Vega M graphics.

In addition you can add up to 16GB of dual-channel LPDDR3 and up to 1TB M.2 PCIe SSD. According to Dell, the cooling has been improved compared to the previous version. Due to the slim design, there are just three USB Type-C ports and only two of them are compatible with Thunderbolt 3.

When it comes to pricing there is no information available yet as well.
