Almost a month ago, the founder of EK Water Blocks had shown to his top management the door as a result of a disagreement over the future course of the company. Mark Tanko (the CEO), Niko Tivadar (the CTO) and Andrej P. Škraba (the Head of Marketing), they are all no longer affiliated with EKWB.


Although it's very difficult to know what really happened behind the scenes of EK Water Blocks, the top management confirmed that there has been a leadership change at EKWB and that they left the company. Andrej P. Škraba (the Head of Marketing) joined Bitcoin Mining platform Nicehash, the same day that has been hacked.

The other two have also found new jobs. According to Techpowerup, former CEO Mark Tanko and CTO Niko Tivadar of EKWB have joined Corsair. The Mark Tanko will work there as "vice president & BU general manager" and Niko Tivadar would be their "director of engineering". During past months Corsair has already shown some LCS DIY kits and we believe we will see soon more DIY products from this company.
