Corsair announces the SPEC-04 Tempered Glass case

Just a small refresh

A few months ago, Corsair announced their SPEC-04 case. Now the company is presenting a little update on this model, which means they've added a tempered glass side panel to it. The SPEC-04 Tempered Glass is a mid-tower chassis that's been made from SECC steel, ABS plastic and tempered glass.

The SPEC-04 Tempered Glass measures 492 x 201 x 433mm and classifies as a mid-tower. The top and the front faceplate share an aggressive design with rather edgy lines, while the left panel is made out tempered glass. On the inside there is space for ATX, micro-ATX or mini-ITX motherboards. Cooling wise there is space for two small 120mm radiators (280mm) that can be mounted in the front and in the rear. In addition there is enough space for mid-range tower coolers, which can measure up to 150mm in height.

The internal layout is overall simple and straightforward, you can install up to three HDDs or two SSDs. At the front of the case, there are one USB 3.0 port, one USB 2.0 port as well as standard HD audio jacks, alongside power and reset switches.

According to Corsair, the SPEC-04 Tempered Glass should be already available.
