Noctua announces Chromax series

Fans, cables and covers

Announced during Computex 2017, Noctua's Chromax fans, shrouds and cables are now available. With their Chromax series, Noctua introduces a new line of interesting products such as sleeved cables, colored fans and CPU heatsink shrouds.

With the Chromax powder coated aluminum heatsink shrouds, Noctua releases two covers, which are available in black or white. Thanks to these new accessories, end users can customize the color of their heat sinks to match the rest of their system. In addition the shroud can be installed without removing the heatsink from the motherboard. At the moment these heatsink covers are compatible with NH-U12S, NH-D15 and NH-D15S air coolers.

In addition to heatsink covers, Noctua also launched their Chromax fans, which come with anti-vibration pads. They're available in blue, black, red, yellow, black, white, and green. The fans are available in 120 and 140mm flavor and they’re capable of moving from 94 CFM up to 140 CFM of air, respectively. Fan speeds range from 500 to 1'500RPM with the MTBF rating is 150'000 hours.

Last but not least the company has released a new series of extensions and Y-cables, which are available with red, blue, green, yellow, black, and white sleeving. All Noctua Chromax products should be already available. Following we’ve compiled a list showing all the MSRPs.
