Meanwhile Lian Li has a few dual-chambered cases in its portfolio and it looks like the vendor is slowly completing the lineup adding a miniITX model. The upcoming PC-Q39, is basically a scaled down version of the PC-O11 which received a front plate, that’s been made from aluminum entirely instead of tempered glass partially.
The case measures 252 x 348 x 346 millimeters and it's actually quite large for a mini-ITX case. As we said before, the PC-Q39 is a dual chamber case that's split vertically. The motherboard and all the components are on the side where the tempered glass panel is located, while the cables and the drives are well hidden in the other chamber. Inside the PC-Q39 case there is enough space for up to two 3.5" HDDs and three 2.5" SSDs.
Due to the size of the chassis, the PC-Q39 is compatible with an ATX power supply as well as a triple-slot graphics cards. Cooling wise, there is space for one 240mm radiator at the top, while the bottom can house two 120mm fans or a 140mm fan. All fan mounting points are covered with magnetic dust filters. There is also enough space for mid-range tower coolers, which can measure up to 120mm in height.
Looking for the I/O connectors we find two USB 3.0 ports, one USB 3.1 Type-C port and an HD Audio front panel. The PC-Q39 should already be available at local retailers for a suggested price of $209.99 US.
