Thermaltake announces Core G21 TG case

Solid sheet metal and tempered glass

With the Core G21, Thermaltake adds another case to the portfolio. This rather small mid-tower chassis has been made from SECC steel, ABS plastic and tempered glass. Although Thermaltake is certainly not famous for doing understated cases, the new Core G21 TG would barely stand out in an office and even less at a LAN party.

The Core G21 TG measures 476 x 208 x 471mm with a net weight of 8Kg and classifies as a mid-tower. The top and the front faceplate share a simple design, while both side panels are made from tempered glass and the main chassis is made from solid steel.

On the inside there is space for ATX/micro ATX/mini ITX motherboards. Cooling wise there is space for two big radiators (280mm) that can be put into the front and in the top. In addition there is enough space for mid-range tower coolers, which can measure up to 160mm in height. The internal layout is overall quite simple and straightforward, you can install up to two HDDs and two SSDs.

So far Thermaltake has not yet revealed any details on pricing and availability regarding their Core G21 TG but we are sure that the Core G21 will be "budget friendly".
