If you want to drive water cooling to the absolute extreme FSP is now offering the possibility to integrate your power supply into a custom loop. The unit features a cooling block that comes from Bitspower.


The FSP Hydro PTM+ complies with 80Plus Platinum standards and comes with power ratings of 1200W to 1400W. Since there is a fan in combination with the water block, the Hydro PTM+ power supply runs in silent mode if the load is below 600W power, allowing most systems to run without any noise at all. Like most recent high-end products, the Hydro PTM+ features RGB LED lighting.

Although you might think that it’s crazy to put watercooling parts in your power supply, we would be quite excited to give this a shot. The new Hydro PTM+ certainly isn’t a PSU for everyone and so far FSP has not revealed details on pricing and availability but we are sure we will know more during CES 2018.
