In Win unveils 301 case

A smaller version of the 303

A few months ago, during CES 2017, In Win has shown an early prototype of their 301 case. Meanwhile it has been announced to be available quite soon. In general it looks quite similar to its bigger brother, but compared to the 303, the 301 is only compatible with mATX and mini-ITX motherboards.

The In Win 301 measures 365 x 208 x 370mm with a net weight of almost 7Kg and classifies as a mini-tower. The top and the front faceplate share a simple design, while left side panel is made from tempered glass and the main chassis is made from solid steel. The tempered glass panel allows for a quick look inside the case providing a rather unique design. The front includes the I/O panel, which features two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, headphone and microphone jacks as well as the standard power and reset buttons. Apart from that the front-panel features backlit connectors.

The In Win 301 is a mini tower case, which is compatible with mATX and mini-ITX form factor motherboards. Unlike the previous model, which we’ve already reviewed, the internals have been arranged differently and there is more space on the front part. Cooling wise there is space for two radiators that can be put into the front and in the rear part. In addition there is enough space for tower coolers measuring up to 158mm in height.

The internal layout is overall quite simple and straightforward, you can install one HDDs or two SSDs. In Win 301 will be soon available in two colors: black chassis with red trim and with white chassis with blue trim. The price is set to 69 dollars.
