EVGA announce their Elite Gaming series GPUs

Featuring colored GPU shroud

EVGA announce their GTX 1080 Ti Elite Gaming series GPUs that feature custom colour options for the fan shroud. At the moment there are five colors available: black, white, blue, green and red. This new series is based on the already announced GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 and GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 graphics cards.

The GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 graphics card features a dual-fan cooler with the so called iCX Technology, while the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 will be based on a triple-fan design. All models come with a heat sink that packs a dense aluminum fin stack and several heatpipes. While on the standard version the metal shroud has received a grey paint job, on the Elite Gaming series there are five colors available: black, white, blue, green and red. While the GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition works at 1480MHz/1582MHz Core/Boost frequencies, the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 comes with a decent factory overclock running at 1569MHz/1683MHz Core/Boost frequencies. The dual-fan model features works at 1556MHz/1670MHz Core/Boost frequencies.

Right now EVGA has not released any pricing or availability information on these new GPU SKUs, though they will likely be priced similarly to their standard SC2 and FTW 3 variants. At the moment the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 and the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 are already listed on Geizhals with a price of 1009€.
