Judging by a pictures out of a video which were published by the Chinese publication Chiphell, it appears that the upcoming reference versions of the AMD Radeon RX Vega cards will feature a white backplate. The video shows the backside of what’s allegedly a Radeon RX Vega reference graphics card.
The said video shows the card from the side presenting a part of the white backplate, that also features the red Vega logo. According to Chiphell this graphics card was presented during the Technology Summit in Beijing yesterday, where AMD also announced the Ryzen 5 chips.
If those are really pictures of an upcoming Radeon RX Vega graphics card, then AMD is apparently going to heavily changed the design of their reference graphics cards. In the case of previous generations the vendor was using a all black color scheme which would now be changed to a black and white one.
