ASRock unveils budget-friendly H110 motherboard

The H110M-DS Hyper

ASRock has announced its newest budget-friendly motherboard based on Intel's H110 chipset, the ASrock H110M-DS/Hyper.

Featuring a black and white design with standard aluminum heatsinks, the new ASRock H110M-DS/Hyper is based on Intel's H110 Express chipset and packs a few features that aren't usually found on sub-$100 budget motherboards, including all-solid-state capacitors, ASRock Super Alloy components, decent 4+1-phase VRM and more.

As noted, the ASRock H110M-DS is a LGA1151 socket motherboard with 4+1-phase VRM which draws the power from a combination of 24-pin ATX and 8-pin EPS power connectors.

It has two DDR4 memory slots with support for up to 32GB of DDR4-2133 memory, single PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slot, PCI-Express 2.0 x1 slot, four SATA 6Gbps ports, four USB 3.0 ports (two via header), 5.1-channel audio and Realtek RTL811GR Gigabit Ethernet.

It also comes with a single DVI display output and packs UEFI BIOS.

While we still do not have a precise launch date, we expect the ASRock H110M-DS/Hyper to hit retail soon with a price of below $60.
