Jonsbo unveils three new PC cases

MOD1, MOD1-MINI and VR1

Jonsbo has unveiled three new PC cases, the MOD1, MOD1-MINI and the VR1, all high-quality cases made using a combination of aluminum and tempered glass and with focus on liquid cooling and modding.

The MOD1 and the MOD1-MINI are both part of the same series, featuring modular design, a focus on cooling as well as the use of high-quality materials.

The MOD1 supports ATX and XL-ATX motherboards and has support up to three 360mm radiators at the top, bottom and the front, while it also has room for additional 120mm fan or radiator at the back. The MOD1 measures at 505x250x638mm and weighs 13.5kg. It also supports up to four 3.5-uinch and five 2.5-inch drives, up to 175mm tall CPU coolers and up to 400mm long graphics cards.

The MOD1-MINI is the smaller case with support for mini-ITX motherboards. It measures at 368x250x553mm and weighs 9.1kg. There is also a big focus on cooling with the MOD1-MINI as it supports up to two 120mm fans or 240mm radiator at the front, bottom and top as well as a single 120mm fan at the rear.

It also supports up to 175mm tall CPU coolers but it is also limited to 315mm long graphics cards. It has enough room for two 3.5-inch and three 2.5-inch drives.

The VR1 is a part of a different series, but is the first one to offer the new design feature, a vertical interior design. This allowed Jonsbo to make a mini-ITX case that allows vertical installation of graphics cards and support for longer high-end graphics cards in a smaller PC case.

Available in silver and black color options, the Jonsbo VR1 measures at 386,5x239x238mm and weighs 5.7kg. It uses steel construction with aluminum and tempered glass panels. Due to its vertical design, it only supports up to a single 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch drives but also supports up to 190mm tall CPU coolers and up to 320mm long graphics cards.

When it comes to cooling, the Jonsbo VR1 has room for a single 120mm at the front and single 120mm at the bottom.

All three new PC cases from Jonsbo should be available in Europe via PC-Cooling with MSRP set at €299.00 for the MOD1, €199.00 for MOD1-MINI and €109.99 for the VR-1.
