mGTX 1070 performances revealed

Almost as fast as the GTX 980 Ti

As you may already know, Nvidia has also been working on a mobile version of the GP104 GPU, featuring 2048 CUDA cores. This chip surfaced for the first time as the core of the mGTX 1070, which should offer performance levels similar to its desktop counterpart, even with lower clocks.

Based on what we can see in the table leaked by Baidu, the mGTX 1070 should be 355% faster than the GTX 960M, since it's actually almost as fast as the desktop version of the GTX 980 Ti. Running Unigine Heaven benchmark, this graphics card peaked at 1822MHz boost, while standard clock is set at 1645MHz.

Below you can find the rather extensive tables with benchmark results that have been leaked. Having a look at them allows one to compare quite a few different models, which in the end helps in getting on overview what this mobile chip can do.
