New GPU-Z 1.9.0 brings support for GTX 1060

Support for SLI HB and more

Techpowerup has released the latest version of its GPU-Z, the 1.9.0, which is the first non-beta version in a while and brings support for new Nvidia graphics cards, HB SLI bridge and more.

The new version of the raphics subsystem information, diagnostic, and monitoring utility, will bring support for Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060, GTX 940MX and GT 740 (GK107) graphics cards as well as a new feature that can show if you are running a classic or SLI HB bridge. The new GPU-Z version can now also reliably extract BIOS from AMD Polaris based graphics cards, like the Radeon RX 480.

The new GPU-Z 1.9.0 also fixes a couple of issues, including BIOS saving and default clock reading on AMD Polaris graphics cards, ass well as incorrect sensor readings when AMD GPU is disabled or without a driver and fixed BIOS saving on GTX 960.

Techpowerup has also switched all communication between GPU-Z and Techpowerup to secure HTTPS.
