MSI has unveiled its newest Gaming Titanium Edition motherboard based on Intel's Z170 chipset which will have a unique white color scheme with front and rear cover plates and slightly less features than the high-end XPower series motherboard, the MSI Z170A MPower Gaming Titanium.
Based on a 11-phase CPU VRM, the new MSI Z170A MPower Gaming Titanium features metallic looking covers for heatsinks and I/O as well as a metallic looking backplate, all in white color scheme. It also comes with reinforced PCI-Express and DDR4 DIMM slots.
When it comes to specifications, the MSI Z170A MPower Gaming Titanium is based on Intel's Z170 Express chipset and features support for Intel's LGA1151 socket CPUs, has four memory slots with support for up 64GB of DDR4-3866, three PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slots working at (x8/x8/x4) and three PCI-Express 3.0 x1 slots.
It also comes with two 32Gbps M.2 slots, one 32Gbps U.2 slot and six SATA 6Gbps . It also has two USB 3.1 (Type-A and Type-C) ports, seven USB 3.0 ports, Intel Gigabit Ethernet as well as some unique MSI exclusive features aforementioned Dragon Armor, EZ Debug LED 2, Audio Boost 3 and more.
Unfortunately, MSI did not reveal any details regarding the price or the availability date of t he new MSI Z170A MPower Gaming Titanium Edition motherboard.
