Galax launches GTX 970 Black EXOC Sniper Edition

With high factory-overclock

Galax has unveiled its newest Geforce GTX 970 graphics card which will be a part of its Black EXOC Sniper Edition lineup.



Featuring a custom design as well as a custom dual-fan cooler, the new Galax GTX 970 Black EXOC Sniper Edition graphics card packs 1664 CUDA cores, 4GB (3.5GB+0.5GB) of GDDR5 memory paired up with a 256-bit memory interface and has a rather high factory overclock, pushing the GPU up to 1178MHz for the base GPU and 1329MHz for the GPU Boost clocks with memory clock set at reference 7010MHz.

The new Galax GTX 970 Black EXOC Sniper Edition cooler also uses new Silence Extreme technology which uses only a single fan to cool the graphics card at idle mode and features two DVI, one HDMI and one DisplayPort output.

The new Galax GTX 970 Black EXOC Sniper Edition is already listed in Europe with a price of around €350, depending on the region.
