According to the newest report, Apple's next-generation iPhone could pack 3GB of RAM and the next-generation A10 SoC.
According to a report from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, citing reliable sources close to the company, the next-generation iPhone, rumored to be called the iPhone 7 Plus, could feature 3GB of RAM, which is a significant upgrade from the 2GB inside the iPhone 6 Plus. The same report also suggest that the iPhone 7 could pack 2GB of RAM, same as the iPhone 6S.
The same report also states that the next-generation iPhones could also be based on Apple's next-generation chip, known as the Apple A10 SoC.
According to Apple's previous launches, the next-generation iPhone smartphones, including the rumored iPhone 7 Plus should launch in September next year.
