Warner Bros has finally admitted it won't be able to fix the PC version of Batman Arkham Knight and it will offer full refunds.
Even after 4 months since the game has been pulled from Steam and fix for the PC version was promised, now that the game has once again launched, Warner Bros has officially admitted that it won't be able to completely fix the game and will offer full refunds for those that already bought it.
In a newest update on Steam, Warner Bros community administrator said that "We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues."
"Until the end of 2015, we will be offering a full refund on Batman: Arkham Knight PC, regardless of how long you have played the product. You can also return the Season Pass along with the main game (but not separately). For those of you that hold onto the game, we are going to continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix."
While the game has been earlier re-released on Steam, after being away for four months, the PC version is still full of bugs and still lacks hardware optimizations. It even needs a minimum of 12GB of RAM in order to work on Windows 10 OS. The game still does not have support for SLI or Crossfire and it is the worse PC port that gaming community has seen in a while.
The PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight has now become the worse PC game launch so far and while Ubisoft had some trouble with its previous Assassin's Creed game, it managed to somewhat fix it to be playable on the PC while Warner Bros did not manage to do the same thing with Batman: Arkham Knight.
