Nvidia releases new Geforce 358.50 WHQL drivers

Game Ready drivers for Star Wars: Battlefront

Nvidia has released its newest Geforce drivers that are also Game Ready drivers for the upcoming open beta phase of Star Wars: Battlefront game, Geforce 358.50 WHQL drivers.

According to the release notes, new Geforce 358.50 WHQL drivers include all optimizations for Star Wars: Battlefront Open Beta and will ensure the best possible gaming experience.

In addition to optimizations for Star Wars: Battlefront, Geforce 385.50 WHQL drivers also include support for the latest OpenGL ARB extensions as well as OpenGL ES 3.2. New drivers also include updated features and functionality for GameWorks VR software development kit.

According to the release notes, new Geforce 358.50 WHQL drivers also add SLI support for ShadowPlay and GameStream and Stero support for DirectX 12 SLI and 3D Surround in Windows 10, add or updates a couple of SLI and 3D Vision profiles and add controls for forcing the use of IGP or the Nvidia GPU in Optimus-enabled notebooks. It also includes a couple of fixed issues seen in earlier driver releases.

As it was the case with all recent Geforce drivers, Geforce 385.50 WHQL drivers support all Nvidia Geforce graphics cards since Geforce 400 series and are available for Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10 in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
