Hitman gets delayed to March 2016

A four months delay

It appears that the new Hitman game will miss its original schedule as the game is now delayed to March 2016.

Originally scheduled to launch in December this year, IO Interactive, the developer behind the new Hitman has announced that the game will be delayed on all platforms, Xbox One, Playstation 4 and the PC.

In addition to the delay, IO Interactive has also announced that the game will be launched in stages, with the larger, main part of the game to be available during the launch while the rest of the locations will be released later.

According to IO Interactive, these few extra months will give them time to add more launch content for the game, more than it was originally planned and create a better game for everyone.

While we are no fans of delays, these are still better than games that are half-ready and bug-ridden at launch.
