Cooltek releases X5 mid-tower PC case

Successor of the popular X2 mid-tower case

Cooltek has launched its newest mid-tower PC case, the Cooltek X5, which will be the successor of a popular X2 entry-level mid-tower PC case.

Aimed at budget-oriented users, the X5 is a part of Cooltek's entry-level lineup. Just as the X2, the X5 also features the x-shaped front MESH-design and comes with a 120mm red LED fan. The X5 comes with a single 5.25-inch external drive bay as well as a HDD cage for two 3.5-inch and two dedicated 2.5-inch mounting places.

Cooltek X5 also promises plenty of motherboard tray cut-outs for clean cable management and it supports up to 370mm long graphics cards and up to 150mm tall CPU coolers. The Cooltek X5 is made of a steel and plastic combination, has 423x200x440mm dimensions, comes with a bottom mounted PSU and supports ATX and mATX motherboards.

While it comes bundled with the front mounted 120mm red LED fan, it also supports additional 120mm fans at the rear and on the side panel. This also means that the Cooltek X5 has quite limited liquid cooling support, but still in line with entry-level PC cases.

The new Cooltek X5 should already be available with a price set at €29.99 inc. VAT.
