Gigabyte has unveiled its latest addition to the Geforce 900 series graphics card lineup, the short Geforce GTX 960 ITX.
Based on a full height design and 18.1cm long, the new Gigabyte GTX 960 ITX graphics card should be able to fit in most, if not all, cube-style ITX PC cases and features a custom PCB drawing power from a single 6-pin PCI-Express power connector.
In case you missed it earlier, the Geforce GTX 960 is based on Nvidia's 28nm GM206 GPU with 1024 CUDA cores and usually comes with 2GB of GDDR5 memory paired up with a 128-bit memory interface.
The Gigabyte GTX 960 ITX will be available in two versions, model name GV-N960IX-2GD and GV-N960IXOC-2GD, both featuring a shorter cooler with single 90mm fan and two 8mm thick copper heatpipes.
The GPU on the GV-N960IX-2GD will work at reference 1127MHz for the base and 1178MHz for the GPU Boost clock while 2GB of GDDR5 memory, paired up with a 128-bit memory interface, works at reference 7.0GHz. The GV-N960IXOC-2GD version on the other hand will work at 1165MHz for the GPU base and 1228MHz for the GPU Boost mode and also have an OC mode pushing it to 1190/1253 MHz.
Display output configuration includes two DVI, HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 outputs.
Unfortunately, Gigabyte did not reveal any information regarding the price or the availability date.
