According to a new leaked slide, AMD's upcoming Radeon R9 390X will apparently be available in 4GB and 8GB versions and might also come as a Water-Cooled Edition (WCE) version.
The recently leaked slide,
which showed up at Videocardz.com, appears to be coming from an official AMD presentation, suggests that the upcoming Radeon R9 390X will be available with "up to 8GB of HBM video memory" and also available as a Water-Cooled Edition (WCE) version. This also suggest that AMD might have a few versions of the R9 390X, including one with standard air cooler.
The rest of the information from the slide suggest that it will pack 4096 Stream Processors, have full DirectX 12_Tier 3 implementation, be optimized for 4K gaming and beyond as well as be a fist ever GPU designed for virtual reality (VR) immersion.
We can't confirm if the slide is legit since there have not been any official events from AMD but these new information certainly sound interesting.
