10 million of those on next-gen consoles

While total sold units of Grand Theft Auto 5 during Q2 FY15 was at 34 million it appears that re-launching the game for next-gen consoles was a great move, as according to newest financial report, over 10 million of shipped GTA 5 copies were for Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

Take-Two also reported a net revenue of US $54 million and net income of US $40 million. During that same financial report, Take-Two confirmed that Heists will be released in early 2015 as a free update on all platforms. The company also noted that the GTA Online currently has 24 million users and have "exceeded expectations", according to Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick.
