Thermalright has announced and launched the latest revision of the popular 140mm-fan tower-type CPU cooler, the True Spirit 140 BW Rev A CPU cooler.
This latest revision of the True Spirit 140 lowers the height of the heatsink by 5mm, thinning the base and compacting the fin-stack without reducing the number of fins. This has reduced the total height of the new True Spirit 140 BW Rev A CPU cooler making it compatible with most mid-tower cases, while it also does not block the top-most PCIe slot either. It features a matte black fin at the top while six 6mm nickel-plated copper heatpipes connect the mirror-finish nickel-plated copper base to that same heatsink, which can support up to two 140 mm fans.
The precise dimension of the True Spirit 140 BW Rev A CPU cooler, with a single 140mm fan, are set at 80x155x165mm (WxLxH) and it weighs 770g. It supports all current CPU sockets including Intel LGA2011v3, LGA1150 as well as AMD AM3+ and FM2+ sockets.
The new True Spirit 140 BW Rev A should already be available in stores with MSRP set at €39.99 inc. VAT. Thermalright was also keen to note that the True Spirit 140 Power version will still be available without any changes.
