Asus comes up with ROG GTX 770 Poseidon

Liquid-cooled GTX 770

Asus decided to show a rather nice and unique graphics card at Computex 2013, the liquid cooled Asus Republic of Gamers GTX 770 Poseidon.
Although not entirely based on the liquid-cooling, the ROG GTX 770 Poseidon uses a hybrid combination of air-based cooler with full-cover water block. This allowed Asus to give users and future owners a choice of running it completely on air, completely on water as fan can be disabled or even as a hybrid-combination with both enabled.

The water block is apparently in contact with GPU, memory and VRM and cooled by a center placed fan. The block is actually also a hybrid between a classic heatsink and a water block one so can be cooled both ways. The ROG logo lights up in red making it rather nice for showing off.

Unfortunately, Asus still did not finalize the clocks speeds or even the launch date but it is surely a card that we will keep our eye on.
