Dell is apparently taking working on a new device, codename Project Ophelia, that will be a flash-drive size USB device running on Android OS and that will turn any HDTV into a smart device.
Dell already showcased a similar device at Consumer Electronics Show back in January and according to early info it should be able to fully use Android OS, have cloud support with Wyse's PocketCloud, have support for games and apps and have an ability to stream video content from the likes of Hulu and Netflix.
The first Project Ophelia devices should be shipping to developers pretty soon while cable and telecom providers could start to offer it as of August. On the other hand, according to early info, the device might be ready to ship in July with a US $100 price tag.
