A long list of mobile processors has surfaced online, the list include Coffee Lake-E and Cascade Lake-SP processors intended for laptops. According to the list, Intel is going to release a new wave of processors that would include hexa-core parts for laptops. This leak comes from the German tech site ComputerBase.
The new roadmap includes several new models for mobile, desktop and server segment. Considering the new mobile CPUs first, Intel will add soon the Core i7-8850H and the Core i5-8400H. While the first comes with six cores and a base/boost clock of 2.60/4.30 GHz, the Core i5 sports four cores and a base/boost frequency of 2.50/4.20 GHz. Both chips are configurated with HyperThreading and they will be available during Q2 2018.
Intel is going to add a pair of Xeon Coffee Lake-E processors with six- and four- cores and HyperThreading enabled. Furthermore we might see a new set of Coffee Lake-S CPUs with "T" suffix. This chips are energy efficient parts and they will come with 35W TDP. Compared to the standard versions, they will have slower base and turbo clock speeds. According to the roadmap this processors will be available next April.
The last slide shows the timing of the release of Purley Refresh (Cascade Lake-SP). Accoring to the source, Cascade Lake-SP and Cascade Lake-X will be released in H2 2018.
On following you can find more details about the upcoming models however some of the slides are quite hard to read.
