CES 2018 is here and that means it's time for everyone to announce a whole set of new products. During the CES 2018, Cooler Master has unveiled new options for cooling and powering your new builds. Furthemore the company has unveiled a new case lineup that we will show you in another news.
In order to keep your system fresh and chilly, Cooler Master is attacking the market with both air- and water- cooling products. The MasterAir G100M is a low-profile cooler that measures 46mm in height. It should handle CPUs with up to 130W TDP thanks to Heat Columns technology that should increase the direct contact surface area of the cooler. Furthermore the G100M is equippped with RGB LEDs that are compatible with several motherboards.
In addition the company has unveiled the MasterLiquid ML240 Smart. Like the G100M, also this AIO comes with RGB LED lighting that is compatible with ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI and ASRock certificated motherboards. The selling point of this cooler is its "smart" sensor placed on the CPU block that changes the colors based on the temperature of the CPU.
On the power side, Cooler Master has unveiled two series of PSUs: the MasterWatt V and Master Watt Maker. The MasterWatt V PSUs will be available in 550W, 650W and 750W capacities, with full-modular design. All units comes with 80 PLUS Gold rating and with 16-gauge PCIe cables. According to Cooler Master, this feature should improve heat resistance and efficiency.
The MasterWatt Maker series offers truly high-end PSUs. This series consists in two models with 1200W and 1500W capacities and 80 PLUS Titanium rating. Thanks to Overlay.live software, users can monitor the performance of their PSUs in real time and save the data in a cloud service.
So far Cooler Master has not revealed details on pricing and availability on their new products.
