A few days ago, AMD unveiled Ryzen Mobile APUs, which were previously known by the codename Raven Ridge. The launch of these chips is expected to take place somewhen during next weeks and more details are finally starting to surface including benchmarks scores. According to this first scores, the performance of the upcoming APUs is pretty impressive.
As Techpowerup reports, the unknown processor looks to be an AMD APU with a massive integrated graphics compared to the samples that we have seen before. Like you can see below, the processors should pack 1792 stream processors, 28CU and 2GB of video memory. At the moment isn't clear what kind of memory we should expect on this integrated graphics card. Thanks to the 1792 stream processors (CUs x 64) clocked to 555MHz, the 2GB of video memory provides 182 GB/s bandwidth.
The result doesn't show too many details about the CPU side. We only information that we have so far regards the CPU frequency which is set to 2.40GHz. The iGPU scored 98 points on SiSoft Sandra graphics tests with Direct3D 11 API and 39.99 GB/s observed score.
