EK Water Blocks expands Fluid Gaming lineup

Aluminum radiators and fittings

By the end of May, EK Water Blocks announced their affordable Fluid Gaming water cooling product line. In order to offer a ready-to-use loop, EKWB sells the Fluid Gaming Series hardware in complete kits that include the pump, reservoir, fittings, water block, tubing, and liquid. The EKWB Fluid Gaming parts are significantly more affordable than the flagship parts since they’re made out of aluminum. Meanwhile the company has been working on more parts, which they’re now releasing.

EKWB has announced that more radiators are going to be available by the end of the month. At the moment, you can order Fluid Gaming kits with single 120mm and 240mm radiators. Probably due to demand EKWB is also going to release a 360mm version. Since the current EKWB fittings are made out of copper, they can’t be used in combination with the aluminum parts from the Fluid Gaming Series. If you have copper and aluminium in the same loop the aluminum is going to corrode. Therefore the company had to develop aluminium fittings of which they’re going to launch 45-degree and 90-degree angled ones as well.

According to EK Water Blocks, they will announce a larger lineup of accessories later this month, which includes pump holders, fans and other water cooling accessories. On top of that the company also confirmed they are going to add more GPU blocks to their Fluid Gaming lineup to support more current graphics cards. Everything is supposed to become available during the upcoming months.

Since by the end of the month AMD is expected to launch the RX Vega graphics cards, EKWB might have full-cover blocks ready for these cards already at launch - in both aluminum and copper flavor.
