MSI has unveiled a new graphics card which is based on the new flagship chip from NVIDIA. According to the name, this card doesn't belong to Gaming series. After a first look it appears that is going to be a rather long graphics card. This model is available with or without factory-overclock.
The heat sink comes with a dense aluminum fin stack and several heatpipes. The metal shroud has been painted black and on the flipside there is a backplate. What's interesting about the GTX 1080 Ti Duke OC is the massive cooler which is rather long. Furthermore there are three fans, which are supposed to provide enough air. The power is delivered through two 8-pin power connectors.
While the GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition works at 1480MHz/1582MHz Core/Boost frequencies, this factory-overclocked MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Duke OC clocks with 1531MHz/1645MHz Core/Boost. Regarding connectors we find the usual three DisplayPorts 1.4 connectors, one HDMI 2.0b and one dual-link DVI port.
Although the folks over at Guru3D didn't mention any details about the release date, we believe that MSI will release it quite soon.
