Nvidia has released yet another driver update, which is a minor update that fixes earlier noticed issues with GIFs, the Geforce 375.76 Hotfix.
According to short release notes, the new Geforce 375.76 Hotfix drivers fix "occasional flicker on high refresh rate monitors" and artifacts in GIFs.
This is obviously a minor update so if you haven't noticed any issues with high refresh rate or GIFs, you should wait for an official release which should not be far behind.
Currently the new Geforce 375.76 Hotfix drivers are available for Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
