Prolimatech has announced the availability of its premium PK-Zero thermal interface material (TIM) which will now be available in retail packaging.
The new Prolimatech PK-Zero is an aluminum-based non-conductive TIM with zero burn-in-time, thermal conductivity of 8 W/m°C, thermal impedance of 0.019 °Cin²/W and dielectric constant of 4 kV/mm.
Specification aside, the PK-Zero is probably at the top when it comes to available TIMs on the market and it is good that Prolimatech decided to do a retail packaging.
To be available in standard syringe 1.5g, 5g and 30g packaging as well as larger 150g, 300g and 600g for those that change CPUs on a daily basis, like enthusiasts, testers and system integrators.
Unfortunately, Prolimatech did not reveal any details regarding the price.
